| Dear Turner Management,
I am writing this letter to thank you for the great management
help you have given me and my practice!
my practice was
not growing the way I had felt it should, and this became stressful
for myself and my staff.
In the first month on the program our production and collections
increased by $7,000. In November we had our highest ever
in production. Our net income has improved considerably,
not to mention staff bonuses, and what is more important, I now
feel much more in control of my practice.
Thanks to Turner, we have learned how to attract more new patients
and at the same time increase the acceptance level of treatment
presented. My staff is more effective now, as job descriptions and
responsibilities are well defined, and our teamwork is much improved.
The patients are much happier because they are understanding and
receiving the treatment they need. Dentistry is more enjoyable now
as compared to a year ago when the practice was producing less.
We all continue to work together to achieve our goals.
Thank you once again for everything!
Sincerely,
Mark E. Barnard, DMD
To whom it may concern:
I would like to take this opportunity to offer a few words of gratitude
to Turner Management's Consultants regarding
the services rendered to me over the last several months.
Based on previous experience with other practice management consulting
firms, I can say in all honesty that the Turner team produced much
faster results than its leading competitors. They offered a fully
objective, non-emotional focus on the business, its organization,
and its issues that got to the heart of our problem of plateaued
growth. I appreciated not only their insightful assessment of inter-and
intra-office relationships that are so key to organizational effectiveness,
but also their ability to help us change our focus from narrow-minded,
self-destructive negativities to an expansive view of powerful creativity
and self-control. They also offered a realistic and achievable bonus-based
incentive to staff effectiveness.
Two concepts were especially helpful to me. The first was viewing
our business as a work in process that travels from start to finish
through a series of terminals, each of which adds its successive
value until a valuable final product is achieved. The second was
eliminating overlapping of responsibilities which had led to decreased
effectiveness.
We continue to be challenged daily to reach our full potential
as leaders in our field of expertise to our own and surrounding
communities. I would heartily recommend Turner management consultants
to any business that is serious about improving its current circumstances.
Sincerely,
Dean McNeel, DDS, PA
